What kind of professional training do these people have ? Something I don't understand is, how did an adult allow a 10 year old to look after a baby.? The authorities have to make sure, that only fully trained people may run a day -care. Decades ago, when we had a shortage of day-care places, many woman started a kind of day-care. But very soon, the authorities stepped in and made regulations how many children ( depending on the size of the room/s) ,toilet, washbasin, food, fee to be payed, when to stay at home by illness , age of the children ❤etc.etc.etc. Later they where told to take a second helper in. This was a must ! A professional training cost money. My training took 4 YEARS, you heard it right ! I had to be at least 18 years old. Had to work a ful year in a qualified kindergarden. After that 2 years college( with examinations at the end) and then another practical year in a qualified social institution with exams again. Now I was allowed to work with children up to 18 years. The age from 0-3 years assistants ( 2 years training) were mainly employed. Get people MORE and LONGER trained !!! I feel so sad for the parents having lost a child like THAT. ❤🇩🇪❤

Then he asked those with children in care of another individual other than a parent or grandparent while they were attending this event to stand up. We looked around the room at the people standing. I think I can understand what might have gone through her mind. First she would have been happy to get to take care of the baby herself... "I am Old now" and things like that. Then she dropped the baby accidentally and the baby started crying. She panicked and thought if anyone saw or heard him crying they will shout at me or give me punishment so she started hitting him to make him shut his mouth up. Probably has done this before too since this was her immediate reaction rather than calling for someone cause children who haven't done this before panic and scream for help. So she might be a bulky too. She was never abused herself and the reason behind this conclusion is that a person who has been abused knows how bad it hurts... so they won't do it anyone else that too to a baby. 10 year old kid who is either a 5th or 6th grader has enough brains from what I think. Also, the day care person is also equally responsible for doing such a shitty duty. I just wanted to give my conclusions here.

In Asia, leaving a 6~10 years old assisting/taking care of thier baby siblings are very common here. And they did an fantastic job taking care of such household chores etc. A 10 years old is very old for that, they can fully comprehend not to hurt a very fragile helpless baby at the very least.

I doubt she would have known that she was going to kill the baby and go to prison. There are plenty of immature adults who shake or hit crying babies to try to get them to be quiet. It’s ridiculous to think that it will work, but definitely no surprise to me that a child would take such action. The fact that she panicked because she thought she’d be in trouble for dropping the baby, and didn’t then think she would be in worse trouble for stomping on the baby, shows how juvenile her little mind was. I feel terrible for the parents of the baby, but I feel terrible for the girl too. If she was sent to prison for life without parole (which is what the Dad wanted) then her life would be a misery. Why in the world did the 10 year old child even get tried for this? The teacher and school staff was in charge of these children. A ten year old child is not legally able to watch or take care of a child because she's too young...so, it really doesn't matter if she doesn't know better or does.
