I have one player who's arachnophobic. That's easy. I actually almost included a giant spider in the first session. But excitingly, I got to change it to a young bulette! Two of my players don't like apes. Which does mean that the druid had to have a conversation about what is/isn't off limits for his wild shape. They did that on their own, after my one player was like "Oh yeah I forgot to mention, I can't do apes" and the druid was like "uhoh. How about monkeys?" and immediately contacted me to see what we can do about him wanting to be able to have one wild shape what can wield weapons. We decided on a giant panda. (I first went with a giant badger but he wanted panda instead lol)
