In the last few days, several news reports suggest that Logix Group has made 'fraudulent' transactions involving BSP Chief Mayawati's brother and his wife in their Blossom Greens Project. Several buyers who invested in the project haven't got possession even after 10 years.

We also booked a flat in logix blossom greens. They took my husband's hard earned money, his life's savings .....he was so stressed that he invested his money on a lie of a 'home', a false dream these fraudsters sold us. He passed away waiting for his 'home' to be delivered, because of the stress .... These people took away all his money and then left him to die...I am still waiting for that flat ....

With in how many days did they promised to deliver the flat after paying the money they asked for? What is the flat price? And how much percentage of it did you paid out of it to them?

CREDA will work only for the builders interest , because the builders pay huge bribes to these CREDA authority

Whole process in UP and north India is Wrong. In Maharashtra if you book a flat Then within 15 days you and builder needs to do registry and then Bank disburse the loan whereas In UP registry comes when whole money is disbursed to builder and god knows builder might have sold flat to different owner. Also Maharera is strong as compared to other

Only retail buyers associations can solve these problems by advocating and raising voices for cheated customers. Individual customers will not be heard in the system

There is still no resolution in sight......my husband has left me and they have his life's savings....everyone of these cheats were mute spectators as my husband visited their office numerous times asking them as to when they will deliver the flat. I am a senior citizen and at this age I am running pillar to post for that flat. I have to work two jobs to keep afloat....all because we were naive enough to be fooled by them
