I love how he changed for his customers, shows his passion for his craft. Not to mention his excellent skills. Fun to watch.... like a conductor or master at work. Now all I need is to taste them mouthwatering food.

Looks very much a 'family business', - well run, and well organised, - the food looks absolutely delicious, - perhaps just a quick coat of paint on his storage shed and it would even look like an outdoor restaurant but with 'street food' prices.

Clearly a good and dedicated chef, stylish too. Puts on a collard shirt in the sweltering Phnom Penh heat. The food looks wonderful and makes me hungry, but I am a bit concerned about the overall lack of refrigeration (Pre-fried snails sitting in a glass cabinet in the weather, yikes.)

So simple and very hard working guys. If it is in India , lots of ingredients and species will be added in the recipes...but here easy and normal foods. It must be prepare this way without varies spices or many sickness from spices n ingredients...

Just an observation, when he fries the fishes/meat, i don't see him adding spices such as salt, pepper or tumeric. Is that normal for Cambodian cuisine? Thanks.

It's just like any country. It depends on what part of the country you live in. Cambodia is a beautiful country. Some part of USA is dirty too.

@@seemaphat3150 I agree that we have some areas in the US are dirty. But in the US we don’t see garbage all over the place, maybe in California! We tend to be neat and clean where we serve food to customers. It’s doesn’t take much time to clean the area at the food stall. If everyone in Cambodia adopt the sane mindset of cleanliness, then it would be a beautiful place with plenty of tourism activities.
