Yeah, if you failed to notice the ginormous amount of mayonnaise that goes into the burger and the sea of oil the chicken was fried into.

@@dkexpat2755 All good burger mince is frozen to blend, if you don't freeze it the grinder heats up too much and causes the fat to render through which causes the burgers to cook too fast and release too much juice.

Just in case anybody is unaware, the reason why this is called a chicken burger and not a chicken sandwich is some areas of the world, such as New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, and Australia, don't recognize a chicken sandwich as a sandwich. The word sandwich is defined more narrowly, to require the pieces of bread to be sliced from a loaf, and a roll or bun with filing would not generally be called a sandwich. This is even more true as in international burger franchises like McDonalds in New Zealand and Australia, they call things like the McChicken chicken burgers. Just a fun fact for you all~ :)

99 percent of this video is perfect. At 18:26, there has to be a better scraping technique so as not to lose some of the smash burger crust. I would use a firmer spatula, turn upside-down, and push down to scrape

That sauce was a blended egg salad ,it had mayo,homemade pickle relish and blended onion in it,blended down smooth to a sauce or topping ,the rest is easy crispy fry the chicken!!!
