If you think Spiral Buffet serves the best Sunday Brunch in Manila, this place will give Spiral Buffet a run for its money. We're at Finestra Italian Steakhouse inside the Solaire Hotel in Manila to try an amazing Sunday Brunch with not just neverending champagne, there's all you can eat seafood towers (hot and cold), ribeye and filet mignon steak, foie gras, sea bass, lobster thermidor, lobster rolls, Roman style pizzas, fresh made pasta, a ton of decadent breakfast dishes that incorporate black truffles and smoked salmon, and even an affogato station with a liquid hydrogen show to boot, and so much more! This Sunday Brunch presents an amazing value with amazing quality food: just $100 US dollars or 5,000 Philippine pesos per person! For now, this is the best buffet experience I ever had in Metro Manila! Here's the rundown:

Thank you! Hope you can visit the Philippines soon now that it's reopened to foreigners again! Great time to visit not just Manila for good eats but other touristy places like Palawan and Bohol (I had the pleasure of visiting both recently) aren't crowded in the least bit!

I checked the Solaire website to see if Finestra is still running Sunday brunch and I see no mention of it. I filmed this the day after Christmas and at the time, they had just resumed it and Omicron temporarily shut that all down. So, check with Finestra if they’re still doing Sunday brunch and if they do, it’s absolutely well worth it! I would love to do Yakumi’s Sunday brunch at Solaire too but I think on paper and from my experience, Finestra is my favorite Sunday brunch in the Metro: better than Spiral IMO!
