100 Anime Brother and Sister Relationships in Anime (Not Adoptive, Step-Siblings, In-Laws, Cousins)

I forgot to mention Fuutaro and Raiha from The Quintessential Quintuplets. Regarding No Game No Life, I noticed that Sora and Shiro's parent and family details are not extensively explained. Therefore, I thought they were NEET biological brother and sister (or maybe there are some small conversations that I don't remember in Anime). Plus, it's pretty rare for someone to mention or post that they are step-siblings. However, in Sora's character detail on Anilist, MyAnimeList's synopsis, and both Shiro's and Sora's character details on MyAnimeList, it says they are step-siblings. If someone has already read the light novel, can they check which volume explains the step-sibling relationship? Thanks, and if you can, please type out the conversation.

It was mentioned in anime episode though. It's the literal plot points where Sora's gone and doing his trick. In that we seen the backstory that Shirou was introduced to Sora to became siblings. IIRC around episode 9/10

I absolutely love the relationship between Tanjiro and Nezuko. Even when the latter is a demon and the former is against many odds to turn her back to normal, they still love each other and share such an unbreakable sibling bond. Easily one of the best sibling relationships.
