You know what made the heroes work in the original Battlefront 2? Because their health bar was also a time limit. If they stayed out of combat and tried to survive, they'd run out and waste their time as a heroic character. Any time they killed an enemy, they got more time added to their limit. So it encourages a "use it or lose it" approach with the heroes, ya gotta go in headfirst and kill as many enemy troopers as possible to make it last as long as possible

That was from this game, right? I remembered playing a Star Wars game that had a line like that, showing the betrayal was on the choice of the clones and not forced by some mind control chip retcon, but I could not remember the game. battlefront 2 right now is in a similar state as TF2. Abandoned by the devs but still with an active playerbase. If anyone wanna play it, juts know that you will find matches, its not dead, not even on PC surprisingly.

That's how it is with most EA multiplayer games. EA abandons them to move onto the next game, while the playerbase slowly dwindle out until it's only a loyal group of players willing to wade through the bots and hackers just to play a game they like. To me, Garden Warfare 2 is that game. Also, based Paladins pfp, the better Free Overwatch.

The most annoying part of battlefront 2 is how terrible the ship combat is compared to battlefront 1. Doesn't have a map and it is SO easy to have no idea where you or the enemies are in battlefront 2 ship battles

You should check out the campaign lore for the original Battlefront II. Much better than what you see in the newer Battlefront II. Though, it’s not canon anymore so it doesn’t fit with the control chip plotline, but it’s still great. (minor spoiler ahead) There’s a mission where it’s clones vs clones, because the Empire attacks Kamino to shut down the cloning facilities.

About the ewok mode. Each person killed is a new ewok, and for the troopers its first person and Need flashlights. For the ewoks they get 3rd person and a brighter view without having to use a flashlight.
