Ground Pound on Goombas will receive the blue coins as of 5 coins vs yellow coins as of only 1 coin on Tiny-Huge Island. 5 Piranha Plants also get blue coins when you punch or kick the enemies.

Piranha plants on tiny huge island give two coins FYI. Only the normal sized piranha plants on other stages give blue coins when killed.
