I finished my set for lost origin today. When the set came out I told myself I'd open packs until I got Giratina V Alt art and buy the rest of the set. By the time I pulled the Giratina, I only had to buy 6 cards to complete the master set. Three of those were the other three Alt. Arts. It took me around 1,400 lost origin packs to pull my first Alt art. From what I saw in his stream, he had good hit rates or at least they looked consistent to my openings if not better. 1,400 packs is a lot to not get an alt art compared to other sets, and it can be frustrating to keep opening packs and not pull an alt art But I understand that card shops aren't responsible for pull rates in booster boxes and never once did I think to fraud or extort a lgs, I don't know which, I'm not a law student. As far as the glue goes, did I miss them address the glue while opening the packs? All I heard was them saying how many great hits they were getting..Idk, maybe he'll end up saying this was a social experiment for school. I'm glad the store owner reached out to you to expose this incident. Who knows how many other people were threatened by them in the past or would have been if this didn't get exposed. Keep up the great work!

Hopefully I'm reading this wrong because 1400 is wayyyyy too many to open to get the 1st alt art card. I know pull rates are brutally hard for alternate arts but they aren't that bad. If you went an entire case like 200+ packs without an alt art I completely believe that but you're saying that you went about 7 cases or like 36 booster boxes before you pulled the first alt art is extremely hard to believe honestly. Like that's just damn near impossible even with the worse odds. Hopefully you just mean it took 1400 packs to get specifically the giritina alt art chase card which that is absolutely believable to take 1400 packs. But if it took 1400 just to get a single alt art and you're 100% sure you didn't miss some by accident or something then I feel like that's so mathematically improbable that there was some sort of scam happening. I've never heard of it taking 35+ booster boxes to get the first alt art and that would have to set some record by like double the packs. So I'm sorry to not believe you it's just so hard to believe that
