Those parasite at 3:00:59 that you see is the feral parasite iron golem, these are one of many feral parasite variants, these are assimilate parasite but on crack, there are several ways these guy can appear but the most common is the new nare parasite that burrows into other mob and turn them into feral parasite, which unfortunately includes iron golem as well
