When you said we need to put blinders on I laughed because, years ago, while my x and I were remodeling/ adding on to a house while we were living in it, I would literally do that occasionally. Out of steam, but everywhere you look is work waiting for you. I'd drape a dishtowel over my head so it hung down on either side of my face and all I could see was my book, straight ahead, while I would recharge for a while. Your homestead is amazing.

Hi Y'all!! Just got in here. Looking so forward to these 100 days episodes. They just totally encourage me. So long as you have the funds to do it, let the beautiful one feed her seed habit, I love seeing that gal perked up all rearing to go. I'm sure you do, too. That hoshimoto really did a number on her and I'm so blessed to see her up and going. No way I got in here first, too cool!

I wonder if you want to make a simple stool for the big plastic buckets and instal a spigot on it? I got spigots on Lee Valley one year, but they were more a garden hose size, (we installed them on big Rubbermaid garbage cans in which we made manure tea, and raised those enough so the spigot could fill smaller buckets of the tea). Modifications like this are the most rewarding things - making life easier! Go, Jonah, go!

I have a few advice for you: 1. your farm is pretty large if you free range your birds you can cut off feed naturally by 50 percent 2. If you put your birds and cattles on the same pasture at a time the birds will eat ticks, mosquitoes, biting flies and your cows will get instant relief. By the way this is for the first time I am commenting first on a video

But then they poop on the sidewalk and what in the world use is that to us? And, they'll over manure their happy places around a few of the same ol' trees. Then, they'll ravage the gardens and scrape off all the mulch from the berry bushes and fruit trees.

Another great video Justin, your videos was all I wanted to watch while in the VA hospital, got home yesterday after angioplasty surgery on left carotid artery. For the pig water barrels try cutting a circle out of a pallet & set barrel in.

doing great Rhodes family! Noticed over the past few years one of the systems you haven't tried (or been resistant to try?) is No Dig like Charles Dowding? I've been doing it for years and the weeding is amazing because they simply don't grow! Something to think about if you want to start a bin compost system like many of us do

Love your videos. Onions are deadly for dogs. They cause kidney failure. Also no grapes, garlic, chocolate and xylitol which is found in some peanut butters. Not being a smarty pants just information. I didn't know this so I thought I'd pass it on.
