there is only 1 way to get the last bone, fish from the little lake at the famr and you can get the bone

Are you talking about the snake spine? That can only be hoed up from artifact spots on island west (the farm and the area outside qi's room).

14:17 For the upgrades of your tools, it can be only enchanted (iridium tools specifically, not sure with low level upgrades though). Gem upgrades only works for your weapons. Nevertheless, good video!
