From the Employer side, they approved my name change in 1 week, and It was rejected by the PF office multiple times. Reason: they were asking for the JD form. So basically, we submit a name change request -> approved by the employer, -> we have to submit the JD form along with the name change document to the employer's address, which they manage PF -> they will verify and approve it and stamp it with employer name -> and send this doc to Govt PF office --> finally PF office verifies it and approves the name change (they wait for 45-60 days to receive documents from the employer which we submitted). This whole process takes almost 45 days.

Hi Vamsi, It's hard to find issue with simply looking at UAN name as trailing spaces may also be the cause. So I suggest, please put correction request for UAN name as shown in video and submit details exactly same as Aadhaar name. Any issue with space, special character will be solved. 🙏🏼

Matching process is not case sensitive. This can't be of any issue. There must be space issue in your UAN name which you can't find by simply looking at it. Submit correction as shown in video. If there is space issue you will be able to understand that only after submitting correction. If there's no gap in name then system will not allow you to submit change request. Try it out 🙏🏼

Firstly check whose Aadhaar or virtual id you are putting during esign. It should be PF account holder's aadhar or virtual id and not the nominee's. If you are trying with pf account holder's aadhaar or virtual id and till getting error then follow the video and try to submit correction.🙏🏼

Hi Irfan, In my case double space was of issue. Just try out correcting name, you can find out the gap in name caused by extra spaces in UAN. UAN displays name in uppercase and that's of no issue. Try correcting and let me know the status please 🙏🏼

Hi Praveen, It takes some time to get passbook access enabled after successful enomination. I also faced that. Check after a day, it should work and nothing to worry about that. I have successfully nominated on 23rd Feb but till getting prompt to nominate after login. Can ignore that, main thing is that successful nomination status which you have 🙏🏼

Submit for correction. If name is identical in Aadhaar (pf account holder name) and UAN then it will prompt you that no correction is required. Can't find space by simply looking at it. Try it. Name suggsted for change should be exactly as in PF account holder's name in AADHAAR card. 🙏🏼

You can ask your employer to update your father’s name in the UAN portal if it hasn’t already been done; but, if your father’s name is wrong, you must use the PF joint declaration form to rectify it. So to change your father name visit your nearest EPF office in your city. Company's authorised seal and signature is required on joint declaration form. Your organisation must be aware of the process. Approach HR or PF department of your organization for same 🙏🏼

Hi Prakash, The period (.) in your Aadhaar name is the reason for mismatch here. In Aadhar "M." is there while Uan name states "M" which is not matching. You can't correct UAN name in this case and as UAN doesn't allows a period (.) For resolving the issue you will have to correct Aadhaar name as "M Prakash Rajan" 🙏🏼

As per as I know, signatory details mismatch is for mismatch of pf account holder's data. Check your name in both Aadhaar and UAN. The problem must be there only 🙏🏼

If you are getting signatory details mismatch error while esigning then it will be for of account holder's name or date of birth or gender mismatch between Aadhaar and UAN card. 🙏🏼

Hi Kalam... Whenever you put correction it will be automatically converted to uppercase letter for UAN. This is not case sensitive. Go ahead and put name exactly as in Aadhaar and submit for correction 🙏🏼

Yes.. If Aadhaar card name doesn't have period and UAN card name have that, then also you will face this error. Name in UAN card should be identical to that of Aadhaar. It's an exact match required to pass the validation for e-sign. 🙏🏼

Are you getting name mismatch error as I stated here. I got this error during e-sign due to double space between first and last name in my UAN card. It was tough to find it out by simply looking at it. The good thing is that it doesn't allows you to submit correction if there's no mismatch in name between UAN and Aadhaar. 🙏🏼

There must be problen in UAN name. What error are you getting ? Submit correction as shown as trailing spaces can't be identified by simply looking at them. 🙏🏼

As seen in my case it was double space in UAN card. Simply submit for correction of UAN name and you will get the problem if there's space issue. Try it out, only looking at name will not help to find out space 🙏🏼

Check closely. Submit change request as per steps shown in video. Put the name as per Aadhaar in change request. Keep date of birth same and gender same and apply. You can't see space if it comes after name. There must me gap and then only this error comes. In my case I was able to view double space in between first name and last name in UAN card. 🙏🏼

Hope you are usin UAN number for login to epfo portal. To download the UAN card you first need to log into the EPFO website. You would have to use your UAN number along with your password. Search for the option ‘View’ and then click on the option ‘UAN card’. You will be able to see your UAN card displayed on the screen. Now, you can either download your UAN card or print it. 🙏🏼
