If you are earning in US Dollars, you will really find almost everything cheap in the Philippines. Whenever Filipinos go to the US we feel we are spending a lot more since we earn in Philippines Peso. I hope you will be able to visit our country soon. 😊🇵🇭

Vinegar + chopped onions + water + chilli called labuyo in Philippines + black pepper + small amount of banana ketchup for the mix color texture + ajinomoto seasonings called vetshin here in Philippines. Combine all then tada. You know now the vinegar sauce of the street food in Philippines.

You know these days onions here are very expensive, so that 200pesos spicy vinegar with lots of onions and chili is pretty good deal these times, but there are times when onion price are cheap. Imagine a kilo of onion now is from 250 pesos up to 600 pesos. And one thing if you buy that whole jar of spicy vinegar that shes using it makes it higher price because she needs to make a jar again so she can sell her remaining fried snacks, note you cannot sell street food without sauce/spicy vinegar, customer will always find vendor with it so why buy to vendor who doesnt offer sauce to thier snacks? Its because someone bougth the whole jar of spicy vinegar. Just like that.
