Best vegetable and beef stew ever so many people have asked me for the recipe, 1 pot roast, Onion powder to taste Garlic powder to taste, Cheyenne pepper to taste, Franks buffalo wing sauce 1 can corn 1 can greenbeans 1 can peas. I can Campbell's tomato soup Salt and pepper to taste Cut up some potatoes bite sized. Make sure your pot roast is cook to very tender, cut off fat, and cut into bite sized pieces Add all ingredients making sure to put hot ingredients and garlic to your taste, we like our stew hot. So we add enough to make sure it is got enough for us Cook until potatoes are done But some big loaf bread and enjoy its really simple and easy to cook.
