I tell ya.. the force was the scariest part of doing magic tricks for me. The false cuts and shuffles weren't intimidating to me at all. Practicing false cuts and shuffles can be done anytime anywhere, casually watching TV or just talking. Forcing was harder to practice for they were a small part of a routine. But you are totally right, they are a trick in of itself! So I went to work with a list I found of 100 forces and just made it a routine to practice. Going from one force to the next while watching TV or talking. Well taught forces. Karl Fulves.. awesomeness. That shout out to Dani De Ortiz.. he's a joy to watch. Half of his misdirection is him being him. He lowers your guard so easily that I have to watch the ACAAN I purchased awhile back a few times. 2 times to enjoy and then get to learning! Thanks for sharing and teaching Sean! 👍🤓👍

You are a breath of fresh air...a lot of tutorials i watch the guy talks for 5 or 10 minutes before starting the tutorial and even then it can be long winded to get to the point...you get straight in on the subject that i don't even get time to yawn...many many thanks

My routine is forcing the card 100 times and keep telling them to pick a different card while mixing in fake shuffles and cuts😂😂

@@SeanDevine yes, just great. Your magic channel is absolutely the best. I learned magic with books, seminars, magicconvintions and I was lucky enough to be in the same Magic Circle in Basel as Roberto Giobbi. We spent many hours together and he was my master, although he is a bit younger than me. I wish we had had such a powerful platform to learn magic back then, but we learned it step by step. Whenever Roberto came back from his trips to Spain, where he met his friends Tamariz and Ascona, he had new ideas with him. He is an absolutely brilliant magician, technically perfect, and the whole Zauber Klub Basel was proud of him. Really Sean, your channel is the best. I love your way of performing, so smooth and no rush. Really great !!! Sorry for my bad English.

Hey Shawn, random question I’m trying to master a trick where estimation is the main part of the trick and I’m not the greatest at estimation. Do you have any surefire methods so that you can tell how many cards are in a certain pile without being suspicious?
@SeanDevine2 жыл бұрын
Memorized deck. Marked deck. 😎
@dukebrehm72202 жыл бұрын
I thought about that but the whole premise of the trick is that I don’t look at either of the top cards of the packets and they shuffle the cards

@@dukebrehm7220 What is the plot exactly?
@dukebrehm72202 жыл бұрын
Essentially from a deck of cards the spectator cuts off anywhere in the deck and I know the value and have narrowed down the suit but you have to estimate within 2 cards and I’m not the best at that I’ve got all aspects of the trick down except for this one
