@yousefq8i Hi! We recommend you don't smoke for the following 21 days after your surgery. Smoking alters the healing process which is something you would want to avoid. I hope this helps with your question. regards, Dr. Alvarez

@RQ8Y You can start walking on a treadmill 7 days out but only for 10-15 minutes. It's not until you are 30 days out where you can pretty much do any exercise you like. Hope this helps answering your question. regards, Dr. Alvarez

i'm having surgery in 18 days, i'm scared. i'm not scared of the pain, i'm scared it won't work on me as well as i hope it will. i'm scared that after the surgery i'll lose a little weight and just gain again. let's just hope for the best..
