@@legitnesha9699 it was a few difficult weeks. I am now one month post and I am eating food. I'm down 34lbs. I feel so much better. When people say this is the easy way, they haven't had the surgery. Definitely not the easy way. Not a quick fix. Don't rush yourself, follow the advice of the physician.

@@bornagainchristian3742 Sure! I’m sorry I didn’t see the previous comment. 9/13 made 6 months! I had an amazing operation. No complications and my doctor here in Japan is fantastic, I’m actually on my way to see him. My surgery weight was 366 (I started at 386). My current weight 6 months later is 212 and it decreases daily it seems like. So I lost 154 lbs in 6 months and beat the total weight loss record in my clinic. I also workout EVERYDAY (except sunday) and I maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. I’m not perfect but I rarely go off my healthy foods. ^_^ hope that helps.

First; u've got one of the best vocals I have EVER heard. Second, I love how positive u are. This is a very motiving video. Because of your personality. I can get "the call" every moment now to get my surgery. I have the same weight u had and I think we are pretty much the same height so I wonder how fast my weightloss will go. I gained 40 kilograms in 5 years... way to much for all sorts of reasons and now I am "fat" up with it. Its also good to see its done in Turkey as it can use some good critics now.
