Two things master the smaller root part of the word first everyday, then be consist and patient. I say patience because people are impatient ... There is no rule or rush to learn it all in one day. When we learned English as kids it took us at least 15 years to learn it correctly. Then another 10 years to speak english at college level. The key is master and memorize the basic words over and over while learning a FEW harder words as you go. Over time it will be learned. Also use ... 1. Google Translate save button. 2. Hand write a page a day of it daily. Or PC, smart phone. 3. Verbally repeat outloud the words and phrases i.e mimic what you hear. 4. Listen to german news shows everyday to hear real world conversations, even if you don't understand it yet. Because you will hear a FEW words you know. That will motivate you. 4. And just keep going because it takes time. .....
