There is a very interesting and raw documentary called 'Dominion' and it was published in 2018 if I remember correctly. 100% grass fed means almost nothing. You can give grass to an animal, but still give it a lot of drugs to avoid infections and mistreat them. I really feel like the documentary really throws the truth out there, and at the end of it there are some advices that can be used towards foods and diet. I really suggest watching it.

your thinking is very significant here, thanks for the ideas. We really have to focus on replicating or incorporating all of natures processes in agriculture and livestock production to maintain the quality of our food and environment.

I'm curious what you think about outdoor aquaponics and magnesium supplementation for soils. How do you go about repairing degraded landscapes?

the fact is, all of life changes to suit it's locale. Some people are more weak to one metal poisoning them, others are never affected, while others are harmed by deficiency that does not much to others still. for example the water aquifer in the SW US....if you aint from here, you aren't adapted to the water minerals and it takes like at least 2 i think it's 3 generations to get used to it so it causes bone problems and dental problems for people who aren't from this region!! just like how there are cattle breeds, and grass breeds, that have different requirements and hardinesses....just saying. also what about protein? just cause it's grass means nothing. If the grass is weak the cow will just be weak. Think of this. We have to give them salt licks. There isn't that much nutrition in grass, that's the whole point of having the cow be the bioreactor of cellulose we can't make use of otherwise. un areable land is suddenly a viable pasture to produce a staple. That's the beauty of the cow and why it is so important. By the time we have to start worrying about toxins in the fat, and it's too late because it's already in the environment. If only we could see that all the people who want to sell us better food are also shills trying to make money, and that sometimes they will make you just as sick as what they claim to be saving u from. Beef ain't that good for humans brother. It's the means to an end, not an absolute ending of all effort or need. In fact, to be honest, what was given to man to take accordingly for his own nourishment wasn't even the cow it was the seeds the fruits, the flowers, and all the parts that grow above the ground. are for the mind and soul and spirit. But also, eating too much of any meat will poison you, that's why meat eaters always feel weak when they haven't had any meat. they are starting to re release the meat toxins into the blood after fasting for long enough. Just joshing ya. ha ha ha. im kidding.
