Just learned about this guy. One little thing I like, is his ability to get between the opposing player and the ball, and they're just hitting a concrete wall. They have no chance to "box him out", They just fall down. Even when he's egregiously fouled, he keeps his feet and plows forward, through stuff that would have to shatter a normal guys legs, and these elite soccer players don't look like they're going to come out good. He's tremendously powerful, fast, jumps and heads the ball, kicks, but does it all so quickly. And the little boxing out gives him a little time, he just has to get between the guy and the ball and they have no chance.

Haaland is absurdly fast and powerful, but he's just as clumsy. He seems like an unpolished version of R9, but in these highlights he is very very impressive as far as anticipation, precision, speed and power. He just LOOKS strange when playing and you feel like he's never gonna achieve what he set out to do but he ends up doing it anyway in killer fashion. Beautiful to see. You can see the defense is always helpless when he is on his environment. Tremendous asset for any team!
