So happy to see that Iraq is doing well. History is the past....though it may be hard for some to move forward, it is essential for all of us as equal human beings. Eating, sharing culture can heal us and can be celebrated. Much respect David.

I know the iraki fried chicken liver with carry. It's delicious. There's also a sort of dried lemons which are known as "numi Basrah" which make a delicious tea and are used in cooking.

To be able to go to the ancient city of Ur is pretty breathtaking. You are a very lucky person. All I hear is how dangerous it is in that region. I cannot tell if its propaganda, truth, or a little bit of both. I wish I could visit. So much history in that region. The cradle of civilization.

Pls mentioned that is the best recommended time to visit Basra is October-November-march-April. if you would try the summer time & December-January- February if you want to try the springtime & wintertime The rest of the year is extremely sunny & hot it’s most appropriate for those who want to increase their vitD3 levels & have a depressive mood because they live in areas where there’s little or no sun

In Iraq, there is the first civilization in the whole world. The first to invent writing were the Sumerian Iraqis. The first to invent the wheel were the Iraqis. The first pharmacy in the world was in ancient Iraq. The first mural in the world was made by the Iraqis. Wow,.There is a lot of history in Iraq. Learn about the ancient Iraqi civilization. The first civilizations and sciences originated there ❤،By the way, the oldest country in the world is Iraq, which is 7,000 years old. There are also many stolen Iraqi antiquities dating back to a very ancient era, and they are found in the British Museum and the museum in Berlin, such as the Gate of Babylon and King Gudea. And the Lion of Babylon. There are also many stolen Iraqi antiquities in France. You can learn about this ancient civilization if you are interested.
