Hi David. I see now how much you love it there. It's so scenic, picturesque and beautiful. The mountains and the lakes, the waterfalls, rapids, etc. could make for a beautiful post card. I remember going from Maracay in Venezuela through and up the mountains to Merida. The air up there was so light that even eating food felt like air in my mouth. It didn't have all that greenery. The food there in Albania is so natural and farm fresh. This is a series of videos that I hadn't seen before, so I was pleasantly surprised. So, now I am off to Chennai and then Barbados. Hope you are having a wonderful Memorial day weekend. Blessings to you and your family 🙏✌️😇❤️🇹🇹🇨🇦

I'm something of a world traveler, but I never wondered anything about traveling to Albania. Perhaps Enver Hoxha had something to do with that. Anyway, David has seriously piqued my interest. Several of the ladies reminded me of my grandmama in middle Georgia. She kept me fed well, and I'm sure these ladies would too. Keep up the good work.

I have watched your channel for the last year. Thank you for going where you do as I still have countries on my list that you introduced me to (example Suriname). With that being said, I am not a "foodie" so I kind of skip over the food parts beyond the first few minutes. So why am I commenting now? I saw a country before you did I guess:) So Shokder--Hotel Tradita, stayed there for a few days and it was awesome for the most part. You really missed showing the celebrations they have on the weekends but maybe you were not there for the weekend. This is where women let it all out and party! Why do I mention that! Because this is a city as a woman that you need to dress conservatively and you are not going to be welcome in a bar. It must be a restaurant as well. You don't mention things like this for women. Theth--the road was already built to get there easily over a year ago. I have no idea why your guy tried to show it different since that waterfall is just a bit of a side part to the Blue Eye from Theth. The road is completely changing the place for both good and bad Good for the people to make money bad because so many now just go for a few hours. The trash on trail is getting bad You actually could have walked to the Blue Eye if you parked a few miles down, which for those making the full trek you may be seen as a wimpy imposter:) Let alone the pass (which was still closed when we were there because of snow). The tower you visited ..my husband and I climbed it at sunset after hiking from the Blue Eye and back and having quite a few beers and raki's We were staying in the Shpella Guesthouse right next door (which frankly the food surpasses Tradita but maybe because of the hiking hunger). John said just wander on over. The owner said wander on up. No money, no tour. We were giggling and thrilled and also amazed at how buzzed we were while climbing those ladders in very dim light. We said this would never happen in the US, granted we could fall and die but our fault completely. The same as when we were hiking around the blue hole over bridges barely there and swimming in the freezing water (which seriously, it was May and I swam for a while, don't be a wimp about the cold, it's not that bad). So anyway, thanks again for your channel. Not so into watching you stuff your face but you do go to off the wall places. I would just suggest double checking (especially if being sponsored) your facts and you may want to say to women don't wear shorts here or do not expect to be welcome into a bar if you see only men in there (should be common sense I know but some youngins may try to decide not to respect where they are).

Being that far up north already you could've visited the biggest and only tribe in the north that wasn't conquered by the Ottomans called Kelmend. Maintained Autonomy. Even made Enver Hoxha the paranoid isolationist pay them a visit.
