West Indians lime all meats, if they do not lime it, they cannot eat it! David you love the Caribbean, I can see it! I had stew conch in Grenada. It was very good. I think my favourite seafood is redsnapper, the best I ever had was in Martinique. Food there in Martinique was so good! I had a Haitian friend years ago called Harry. Harry and his wife cooked for us, it was the best food ever!
