Garam masala and curry powder and cassareep. They never tell you the difference between Chinese Chinese food and trini Guyanese Chinese. Add a little curry for yellowing and Masala instead of Chinese five spice. Trini green seasoning things never seen in Chinese Chinese food.

Wow, so many different foods. I went to several Caribbean Islands several years ago. The islands are beautiful to visit. I did the eat flying fish, it was good.

It's good that you're learning French....would make it easier when you visit French speaking countries....also The Eiffel Tower is amazing!!!. The Seine. river looks like a great one for a boat ride.....still viewing and just amazed at this place.As always Thanks David...safe travels....Peace.
