I will share the worst experience as on 23/11/2024. Bloody Buffet Hut we paid 2000/- and you treated us badly, now you will see. Let's start!, it was my sister's birthday so me and my family came for lunch in Buffet Hut sector 70 Mohali at 2.45pm. Staff was not even attending us properly as there was some kids birthday party going on and noisy environment was there. We called them to take order, after sometime they came, they kept water bottle on table but not given glasses. After they started giving snacks, we asked for software drinks, and waiter said u will get only one drink after that u will charged extra for other glasses, earlier it was not there... They were so hurrying in giving snacks that one waiter said my family to plz eat fast and have maincourse now as they are getting late.... We then started taking maincourse, worst noodles they have, in nonveg chicken was not there, only gravy was there. During we having lunch again waiter came and said if u want to take anything take fast as they are taking everything inside.... We left what we were eating and started taking the sweets, after that waiter again came asked do u need anything, can I bring bill now... We left sweets also as they started picking the icecream scoopers to their kitchen.... We paid 2000/- and left the place exact 4pm. When we just stepped out of the restaurant they closed the door on our face and did blinds on the windows as they just wanted to get us out. I am telling you I will never go in this place again in my life. It was the worst behaviour we ever saw of waiters. If there is a option to give zero star instead of 1 star I will give ZERO, bloody buffet hut we paid 2000/- and you behaving life this. If a person coming for buffet atleast the family needs 2hrs, we can't have it all in just 1hr. You will pay for this as I will give this review and experience to everyone and everywhere.
