Hi Henry, thank you for the brilliant videos. For someone like myself who learned to windsurf in the late 1990s in Eastbourne, (I now live in South Australia) I am really enjoying seeing those south coast conditions again. Great stuff, thanks again.

Hi Henry, I think this is one of your best so far. I enjoyed watching so thanks for making it. Do you have any tips on staying on one tack for such a long time and not getting cramps etc? Maybe a topic for another video?!
Thinking about hiring down our local Lake soon. Have a wetsuit ..what mm do you reckon this time of year.

Used to windsurf years ago. Astro rock. Hire is at Rutland Water. They have short and long boards to hire. Big lake! Current wetsuit is probably 3mm Sainsbury’s!).
