I have searched enough channels on KZbin, yours is the best for Persian. You teach in a sweet and kind style, but aren't afraid of using technical grammatical terms, and that's perfect for me!

Also, Interesting note on 19, Panir for cheese is an interesting term as I know the origin of that term. Cheese originated (We think) in Mesopotamia 4,000Bc or so i think. Originally soft cheeses were the usual type of cheese and spread to surrounding Areas such as Feta in Greece and Cottage Cheese which is based on an ancient Egyptian cheese made by compressing milk solids in reeds. After a while some Greeks began to make a type of cheese they called "PANIR" this was a very potent, very hard cheese prepared in thick loaves, for easy transport and longer time of freshness without refrigeration, which could then be carefully ground up and used in small volumes. Panir went around the Mediterranean and especially southern Italy where the recipe was modified and the cheeses Parmesan and Mozzarella were created. Interesting notes. But also I'm moderately allergic to dairy, so I love the taste of especially soft cheeses but they make my intestines very problematic :/

pronounciation note: I've noticed you tend to pronounce the Qof as GH rather than the usual Q sound similar to Arabic and some other semitic languages as well as some Indic ones. My primary Farsi Tutor pronounces it as the Q sound. Is it is a regional difference or is there more to it? The letter (ث) in Farsi is typically pronounced as an S rather than the TH sound that the letter in Arabic it was loaned from. Was it always this way or did the pronounciation change over time? I don't know, just seems a bit strange to me. Also if I need the th sound (eg. my mothers name has a th in it) how would I indicate that? Find these videos very good in all regards. Thanks for them.

For most people in Iran there is no difference for the pronounciation of Gh/Q. There are some who can make the difference. About TH and S, for we all thery are both S.
