Funny! I believe a more literal translation might be, "be in good health," which might help explain the length. Other languages do this as well, e.g. in Korean, the first thing you'll probably learn for "hello" is 안녕하세요 (Annyeonghaseyo), which literally means, "are you at peace?"

Я говорю на русском всю жизнь, но на днях я прошла тест на грамматику и поняла, что моя грамматика это очень плохо . не нужно зацикливаться на грамматике . учите слова и много общайтесь . всем удачи .
