As a note: 'Lolita' is the name of a book about a grown man who grooms and SA's a 12 year old girl. The book is a well written look into the mind of a pedophile and the excuses someone with his sick mindset tries to make for his actions. It also touches on how trauma can eat away at someone overtime wth Delores 'lolita' having to crawl back to her abuser for financial help after she was impregnated by another predator (showing how abuse victims sometimes seek out partners who are similar to their abusers). The story ends with the main character killing Delores' baby daddy, Delores dying in childbirth and the main character dying from a brain hemorrhage before going to court for murder. Im glad the game ignored all that just to sexualize children. (Sarcasm).

The second predator never impregnates Dolores, he throws her out after she refuses to take part in shooting porn with him. She then meets a poor, deaf man who appears to be a similar age to her and to genuinely care about her, and he's the one she has a baby with, ultimately dying in childbirth. Part of the tragedy is that she actually started healing and making her life better, as evidenced by her gaining independence, being in a healthier relationship and cutting all ties with the narrator after getting the money from him (which is actually her money considering it came from her dead mother), only for it to all be taken away by her random and untimely death.

I watched the whole video and can confidently say this list is a mess... I've read Saya no uta at least twice, it's a very tightly made horror tale without much excess and if someone is curious and able to tolerate it's content I could easily recommend it. Nitroplus in general has fairly good visual novels, though many of them have a dark edge to them (even in their BL department NitroCHIRAL I would say it's similar: interesting premises, fairly good games, with some games delving into dark subject matter). I went down a rabbit hole trying to find out more about Brown Mouth out of morbid curiosity, and I am 99.9% sure it's not real. There was only one or two other mentions of it before it was put on a Disturbing RPGmaker Games Iceberg on Reddit, at least where I checked on the clearnet. What exactly the game is about and what happens changes wildly between accounts from different people, enough that it couldn't just be "remembering wrong." Half of these games are just nukige or ARGs or madeup stuff. The other half is mostly non-disturbing stuff. Kinda crazy how Euphoria and Saya no Uta and Nikuniku made it in, among a few others, but not something like Maggot Baits or SadisticBlood or... basically any other genuinely disturbing VNs, instead of things that are just rape-themed nukige, which besides the rape content have literally nothing all that detestable or realistic to them. It's simply, "there's a deep story in this game, but it has a lot of sex scenes in it too." Let me be honest, as a fan of plotge the sex scenes can be distracting. You often want to get back to the story and they can feel unwanted or unnecessary, but if you remove them, there's a chance other necessary scenes might get removed too and you lose important pieces of the plot.

Like Hell...o? Hello? is just a regular horror game. WItch's Heart is a regular RPGMaker story-heavy game with horror elements that doesn't intend to hurt anyone, that's made out of passion by a lone developer. It feels unfair to include it with the likes of games about child sexualization, rape, racism, or tragic events in history. Dreaming Mary and ENDROLL also feel like unfair inclusions. Horror games don't necessarily equate to depraved and disturbing games. There's a reason why other videos delving into this subject matter don't include regular horror games like Slenderman or Amnesia.
