I’ve never done 100% palm oil, but I put it in every loaf and it does make a hard bar❣️

neither have I until this one. I have done 100% coconut (with a 20% superfat) and 100% olive oil, which I did not care for, felt like washing with slime. This was a first with 100% palm and I was pleasantly surprised.

Overgreasing? I am not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean superfat? I used 5% superfat.
