Yeah. They can micro each priest to hit a different target within its range, with minimal overlap. Since each priest needs to regen faith, even if all 100 priests were targeting the same guy. As a human you would have no chance to select a priest, assign a target, then select another priest and assign a different target in anything that resembles a time frame that wouldn't be slow attrition.
