@@amarjitsandhu9927 1 spoon or 3-5 number per type like peanut/badam/akhroot/kismish/dates/pista/ chironji/kaju/etc.raat nu soak ke dry fruit lao next morning on empty stomach. rest fof cholesterol stop refined oil and buffalos milk instead have cow milk and take 1 spoon of alsi powder with hot water before sleep in night.
