All colleges which allow transfer also allow need based financial aid for transfer students, there is no different rule! Some colleges might have strict restrictions but the process is same as explained through CSS profile for a need based aid! :)

I have a doubt in the applications regarding academics. I am planning to apply for Harvard Yale MIT and some other colleges possibly. So when uploading about the academics from std 9 to 12, as I am from India. Due to COVID My 9th and 10th grade examinations are cancelled and I don't have a grade certificate showing my marks in those grades, although I have my 11th marks and I am as of now in 12th grade I would be able to submit those when applying. I would recommend joining the one month program for profile building. A lot of students choose this to get help with a clear pathway of what they should do for the next few years of their high school so that by application time, they have a solid profile. I wouldn't suggest taking the two or six month mentorship though- those are better suited for students that need help applying to colleges.

Not necessarily acceptance/rejection but choosing a major decides who you're competing with. College first evaluate your overall profile and typically if they like your profile and are unable to offer you, your top choice major, they may offer you the 2nd option you put on your application or give you the option to enter undeclared.
