Hello! I tried everything step-by-step but it seems that my issue remains persistent. The only thing that worked for me was making fsquirt into a shortcut, I haven't tried connecting with that yet and I'm not sure if it's possible since I don't have my Bluetooth device with me at the moment. Is there a way to bypass the Bluetooth User Service? When I try switching to Automatic of the Startup Type, I get a pop up screen that says "The parameter is incorrect." It won't let me set all 3 on automatic and the Bluetooth settings refuse to allow me to switch the Bluetooth to ON. That option doesn't even show up nor does the icon.

From my experience: If it doesn't work after doing the steps in Services or Device Manager, cold boot your PC (shut down, leave for 1-3 mins, start) and it should be there

None of these worked for me. I just used a restore point from when I did have working bluetooth and that worked for me. I guess it was a windows 10 update or additional update that messed it up.

I did everything step by step but it didn't work. I got all the way to the point where when I scanned for it, it still didn't show up in my device manager. Originally I got rid of bluetooth because it wasn't working and when I reinstalled it, it does not show up. The actual solution took me unplugging my main power cable…. I had restarted it 2x and read a random thing to try the power cable for my particular motherboard
