I have an Acer laptop, and when i searched for my serial number, it shows: "currently no driver's available for this serial no." or "serial number not found". All i got was a zip folder with files which when i unzipped had no exe. Was able to get device manager to install something but nothing appeared. Reboot just installed generic which doesn't work
