I have now watched every single video over the last two days, truly amazing content. I’m an avg head down flyer. I thought there were 4 positions, boy was I wrong. They don’t teach this stuff at my tunnel.

I've been working in a wind tunnel for 8 months but I'm stuck in reception. Did the spotter A course but no vacancies for beginner instructors. I speak German, French, Spanish and English. Only doing some first timer classes from time to time. We get about 10 min of training per month. Too little time to really progress. Could you give some advice to find a proper tunnel that wants to invest in beginner instructors? I've been sending CV to around 20 tunnels throughout west Europe. My local tunnel claims the energy is too expensive therefore they can't train us, plus being stuck in reception after paying 6.000 eur for the spotter course is a bit frustrating. I'll keep fighting for better positions in other tunnels with actual instructor work and more tunnel time to progress. But any feedback is welcome.

I am working only at one company “Flystation” 2012-2017 by instructor with 1st timers. I am lucky that i have this possible. To start to working i am write directly to the owners before tunnel was opened. So may be try to find a new windtunnel, which soon open and who need instructors in future…. Good wind for you🐲
