Not really in my opinion, guides on how to live a better life have existed and will continue to exist for years! It's just something that happens naturally over time, and everybody needs a little guidance every once in awhile.

Girl i totally understand! Its been 5 years for me since i have quit social media , but dang it, i catch my self scrolling on yt nowa days. Thats the thing. I am trying to be more mindful about how and what content I consume. That way i am aware of my habits and then i can easily change them. Watching this video really helped me organize my thoughts and the way this knowledge will influence my choices. So yeah , just be proud of your self and take it step by step. Awesome video. Here are simple things that improved my life significantly: 1. I stopped doom scrolling, and now I focus on clarity and mindfulness 2. I started reading books on Mindbloomery, their "Power of assertiveness: Unlock your potential" changed my life completely 3. I chase my goals one by one. No stress, no anxiety. I am finally seeing things fall into place - career, relationships, I found joy in my hobbies. It's like I started living new life.

1 year off social media, and the changes are fantastic! I can say without a doubt I feel like I am becoming myself again. I am learning new topics, enjoying cleaning + feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment over little tasks and building the skills I never felt I had the self control for. I have Less anxiety, less comparison and more room to focus on the things I love. But the best part? My dopamine loops are not being hijacked. Meaning I have so many moments where I feel a healthy dose of dopamine when I do things for my better. Like dishes and making healthy dinners. My connection with tasks has changed and it's now a fun challenge and pretty cool to notice little changes. Because those little changes are not being compared to others! Yes I miss the flashy and beautiful side of Social Media. I miss how I can '"connect" to influencers, friends and people who inspire me all over the world. But the pros outweigh the cons!

i’m already 1 month off social media and i miss only like 1% of it! i connect to my favorite influencers through youtube and podcasts and connect to my friends via text or meeting up. i already feel so much positive change in my anxiety, self esteem and happiness in general! it really is wonderful. i hope i can grow this much in the next months as well!

I badly needed this...damn... I've an upcoming board exam next month, it's in valentine's day 😭😭but hey I'm still single from the day my mom pushed me out from her womb LoL so that isn't an issue for me LoL. Anyway, I'm constantly procrastinating, day and night even tho I have to study a lot. This makes me realised I myself am gradually digging a hole for my failure. The weight of my responsibilities are suffocating me but, from this night, I choose to sleep on time, wake up early, moving my body even for just 20 minutes, and studying whole day with tea breaks. I just realised I have lost a lot of time and now I don't have much time to study for my exams but I'll try my best within the little amount of time starting tomorrow. Wish me luck and guys please pray for me ❤

as someone who was in your position last year, i feel you! board exams can bring about a lot of stress, but the thing is, it doesn't seem like that huge/life altering of a thing afterward as it may seem now. study systematically, with pyqs, trust the process, and trust yourself and your preparation. make sure to take breaks as studying the same thing over and over again can literally tire your brain out (very important). you could also use your free time in between studying to try out new things, watching a movie/show, hobbies, etc. and this valentine's day, may love find you in all its forms, even if not romantic. hey, the love you give yourself is most important, so why not try something new you've wanted to do or things like that? like a solo date? good luck w boards! i'm sure you'll ace them!

This 2025 it's a goal of mine to cut passively scrolling and read more books, be more present and plan my time ahead, including time to unwind, so I don't get trapped on the phone. Scrolling can absorb a lot of time without even realizing! I usually start scrolling passively when I am waiting for the train or before going to bed or if I get a notification, and once I start is so easy to get hooked! I love KZbin because when I am here, my visit is not passive but active, as I research something I want to learn, or a work out, or interviews for example. Your video gives many ideas on how to use those spare minutes that sometimes arise during the day and make us feel better and not worst.. so thanks! ❤

I have been watching your videos since last year I think in June. At that time I started to realize so many things that I went through. I love your channel that makes me realize to love and care for myself and appreciate the people closest to me. As time goes by I started to slowly build good habits. I started weight training, thinking positively, deleting social media, walking, minimizing sugar consumption, eating balanced, even running even though before just a little running my stomach would hurt, but wow it turns out I can and the pain every time I run is no longer there. This makes my day more peaceful and happy. I even managed to gain weight and now I am stable at my desired weight. I can even see my biceps are quite prominent and my abs. I am so happy. I can't believe it has been a few months since that day. And there are many other things I want to try. Thank u so much

This is an amazing video! So motivating. I love how you included other activities on your phone. I feel like so often we put “down” our phones, and say that they are all bad. But that’s not true, just like you said. There are so many good things we can do with our phones! Thank you for this!
