Motorcyclists: don't kick or punch, break mirrors etc on a vehicle that can flatten you in 2 seconds..a simple swerve and you are tossed into the guard rail, off a bridge, into oncoming traffic or just go under a 4000#+ vehicle.. and they will just drive away.. not to mention how many drivers have guns these days, you are already risking your life on a bike, why take any more chances at dying?

As someone who has held a Class M license for over 30 years I can tell you if you are riding on public roadways or publicly accessible property and one or more of your tires leaves the road surface for any reason, that's reckless driving. For the bike and lady in the car that are merging it is my understanding that the right of way goes to the lane that is NOT ending. So the bike had the right to maintain that lane even though the car was slightly ahead of him. Not sure about that being true but I don't like the logic. The bike stops the car from merging then the car behind him has the right as well. One then the other makes more sense to keep traffic flowing. Anyone know what the rule is on this?
