Ehhh. I saw it differently. You would be much more likely to get extra money from a westerner if you tell them it could be free or pay whatever you like. The westerner feels like it’s very generous and they give a huge tip. Worst case scenario they still probably pay a decent price. I doubt any would accept the free price.
