Thank you for being so honest. I think because they’re firing so many people, there’s no one to maintain the parks like there used to be. Disney used to be so clean when I was a kid, and the past few years it has just gotten so bad. I hope in that statement Iger made, the money includes hiring maintenance and custodial cast members

Yes it has gotten progressively worse, less cast members to properly serve everyone and the few that are left are all grumpy and grouchy which in turn puts a downer on your vacation, ask me how we know LOL

Wow, very eye opening view of all the construction, the messed up Monorail sign and $35 per day Genie plus, it was $15 dollars a day 12/2021 when I was there last. They are ruining the whole Disney experience. As you said Walt would be turning in his grave.

Being Florida residents and visiting the Magic Kingdom and WWD Resort area for the first time in 1974 and practically living there since that first visit I can tell you that the Disney of today is not even a shell of what it once was. After literally going to every park, eating at every restaurant, staying at every resort over the years, we just couldn’t justify continuing to feed our addiction. It is sad to watch the decline, but our family saw the writing on the wall in 2015 and after almost 50 years of celebrating every birthday, every anniversary, every graduation, every day off, every vacation, weddings, funerals, firsts and lasts did not renew our annual passes and have not nor will ever go back. They have truly taken a magical memory making destination and turned it into a tower of obscene and grotesque terror! It’s just a matter of time before they’re careless disregard for maintenance and upkeep gets a whole bunch of people killed. It truly is alarming to see better maintenance performed by the local traveling county fair 🙃

I'm starting to wonder if Disney can come back to former glory. This is obviously deeper than just budget cuts, this is a culture and personnel issue. That action figure is a joke. I think the cameras on Spaceship Earth have higher resolution. It's like they're desperate because they know what's coming in 2 years. We were die hard Disney Parks fans and spent a whole lot of money with them for years. We switched to Universal in 2021 and haven't looked back. The king is about to get usurped.

Hate to mention this but more then things not being repaired I’ve noticed a major decline in cast member interactions. In the past I remember having some of the best interactions and conversations with cast members. However last year I experienced a lot more annoyed and just rude cast members even to the point of nearly making me cry.

The identity disc speaker is a scam too...the audio quality was sub par. I wasn't expecting super-duper quality, but like, the speaker on my phone was better and it was a cheap phone. The identity chips sound bites weren't great either, some of them almost seemed like they were getting cut off. Very glad I didn't waste money on the backpack too.

I went in Feb 23 first time. Went to MK,EPCOT,HS,AK….enjoyed my time with my family. But being a life long Disneyland goer. Nothing from World stood out to me worth me going back. But the biggest difference between my experiences in Land vs World was the cast members from the parks and in the resort at World were not great to put it lightly

I love how you did different “voices” for the Tron figure - I wonder if you use the voice chip in the other devices if it would sound as distorted🤷🏻‍♀️… ass em bull …the…team😂 btw, cc can’t pick up the recording - it says “ foreign” 😬It is a pricey souvenir, but it does light up, it has your face on it, it recorded your voice, it comes in a cool arcade box, and you got it the same day you made it. The experience of making it and having it presented to you adds to the value, so I’d say you came out ahead. I’m surprised Disney didn’t charge more. ($200) Yours is definitely unique & special. Never gone to your Disneyland but I went to the one at Paris and it was presteem, no construction, no litter, and I noticed that there was a cast member outside every bathroom and when you came out they sprinted in to clean it, recommend going there IF you have the money

I saw your video posted on a Disney fan site where they were commenting on the monorail sign. I think Festival of Fantasy is the real eye opener. It is missing the Brave unit, the Tangled unit, the Pinocchio/Fantasia float, the multiple princess float, Maleficent's fire, and multiple dancers. Disney used covid as an excuse for so long but now it's just them being cheap.

I came here to see if they just messed my figure up or if it's supposed to look this bad. I know my answer now. Once it's in the box you can't even hit a button to make it light up or anything. You have to open the whole damn box which is a pain. If you could make it light up in the box with a button I'd be more tolerant of it. My son got the bluetooth speaker and it sounds horrible. No bass or any dynamic range. But it does light up with the music in different colors which is cool. I am a die-hard TRON fan with stuff dating back to the 80's, so there's no way I would NOT get the figure. But if you're a casual fan or think it would be cool just to have - it's not. It's shit in a box. I love the arcade box, though. That is actually plastic. The figure is like the TRON ride itself: Quite the presentation, but in the end it's all just pretty lights. Space Mountain is way better.

Those classic looking retro figures and Light cycles are cool, but not sure why the Light cycle figure pack is $70+ tax. 39.99 seems more reasonable IMO. It's a theme park it's a building site. I get there has to be some construction going on because the new stuff but this is ridiculous you don't have to take two or three yards and you almost the middle of all the work going on. Yes we have lived the pandemic and nothing was done for two years. And they laid off half is work force hiring them back at half wages . But surely the Disney corporation has enough money to shut down the place for a whole year, fix all the little problems. And as for that Tron figure you would have thought they would had,, 3D mapping technology so they would photograph your head and just then print it out so they could place it on a body, $90 dollars tops
