13:46 I think I can hear a lot of background noises and all the phrases so I have a feeling that the portal watch where you can make your Oh and electronic figure isn’t a very bad placement with as a lot of people they should a place in a very quiet area

So I think it’s not the actual making its fault it’s just that it’s Disney’s Staas construction workers fault that they place it in there right in front of the Public
