Chengdu hot pot: I remember. When I was there I was asked if I wanted mine “hot” or “not too hot”. If "hot" they put one kilo of chillies, if not "not too hot" they put half a kilo. 🤣🤣🤣🥵🥵🥵

哈哈哈，you‘ve been to Chengdu？Now I am in Chengdu.Yes, the hot pot in Chengdu can be very spicy. In Chinese we basically say“微辣 wēi là=slight spicy” “中辣 middle” “特辣 tè là=extremely spicy” 微辣中辣特辣，所以你记得要“微微微辣” 😂

Actually in some common restaurants if you see the waiter is a young man you can use.Or a safer way is to say你好，"服务员fú wù yuán=waiter/waitress"

you mean “免奶miǎn nǎi and 免糖 miǎn táng”riget？不可以 no we can't say ～ By using “免miǎn”--basically we will say“免费 miǎn fèi=for free” or “免税miǎn shuì=tax free” but coffee situation it will be weird. And one suggestion--if you can use Pinyin, hope you can try to write Chinese characters☺

In my opinion no quick trick or tips but to practice to get used to this language. I think at the beginning you may change this video a little more slower to check whether you can catch"帅哥"
