It is so sad and sickening how many foster parents are completely evil and abusive, or take in a ton of kids, just to neglect them and collect the money. The foster care system and cps need to be completely redone and need more laws, oversight and funding. It's awful how little funding they get and how many mistakes cps makes by not saving kids in time. There are good foster parents out there though, I was lucky all my foster parents were amazing, but I live in a mid sized city, so the foster homes and caseworkers weren't so overcrowded. The bigger cities are so overcrowded with foster kids, that they'll approve anyone to be foster parents. Plus the caseworkers have so many kids under them, that they can't check in with all of them regularly.

I saw a three headed dragon in Tescos last week yet mysteriously it was invisible to the other shoppers. The creature spoke to me in strange liquid tongue yet somehow no one else heard it. At this moment I took out my mobile phone to video the event only to find that phone was inexplicably out of charge which was in itself strange as it had been fully charged only four days previously. I tried reporting the incident to my local police station yet they seemed completely unconcerned about the whole incident. I wonder if any of your other viewers have reported a similar occurrence.
