Presenting A very high Quality Audiophile grade Class AB amplifier. This is an simple but exceptionally good circuit and can be compared with may high end amplifiers. The circuit is based on LTP input stage, Bootstrapped VAS and CFP (Complimentary Feedback Pair) Out put stage. It has excellent sonic characters and sound as well. All components are marked in Circuit and pcb as well. Only Compactible transistor list is as given below . You can use may more as per availability . See the video for construction detail. I will upload share the gerber files here in few days.

Amplifier Specifications:
Output power : 100 Watt @ 8 Ohms with Plus Minus 42 Volt DC power Supply.
100 Watt @8 Ohms with Plus minus 35 Volt DC power Supply.
(Do not use 4 ohm load on 42 volt supply)
THD: 0.04% at full power
Frequency Response : 15Hz to 30 Khz
Input Sensitivity for full power : 1.20 Volt
Use Transformer 25.0.25 (3 AMP) or 30.0.30 (2.5AMP) for one channel of amplifier. Double the Ampere for dual channel.

मैंने कई तरह के स्कीमैटिक ड्राइंग को लेकर पीसीबी डिज़ाइन करके एम्पलीफायर बोर्ड बनाये है और वो मार्किट में सुपरहिट चल भी रहे है, क्योकि मार्केट में लोगो को हाई बास एंड ट्रेबल ही चाहिए होता है। लेकिन मेरे कुछ म्यूजिशियन दोस्त है उनकी कसौटी पर मेरे द्वारा बनाया बोर्ड और मार्किट में मिलनेवाला बोर्ड भी खरा नही उतरा। उनका कहना है कि एम्पलीफायर ऐसा होना चाहिए जो कि हमारे द्वारा बजाई गई ट्यून को बिल्कुल उसी तरह से रिप्रोडूस करे जैसा हमने ट्यून बनाई है। जैसे कि स्टूडियो मॉनीटर्स में साउंड रिप्रोडूस होता है। और कितने भी वाट का एम्पलीफायर क्यो ना हो उसमे ईयरफ़ोन का ऑप्शन होना चाहिए। क्योंकि ईयरफ़ोन पर साउंड क्वालिटी, हमिंग, नॉइज़, तुरंत समझ आती है। अब मुझे लगता है कि आपका बोर्ड उन लोगो की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा उतर सकता है।

मैंने बहुत सारे अंग्रेजी audio experts की वीडियो देखी है परंतु हिंदी में उस दर्जे का video मैंने शायद पहली बार देखा है । कमाल का video था आपका, सारी जानकारी तो नहीं कह सकता परन्तू amplifier के लिए जो न्यूनतम जानकारी होनी चाहिए वह इस वीडियो के माध्यम से प्राप्त हो गया । मैंने आपकी दूसरी videos भी देखी है, आपकी videos थोड़ी लंबी होती है लेकिन उन्हें बहुत ज्यादा content होता है, जिसे चाह कर भी skip नहीं कर सकते । ऐसे और भी videos लाते रहीए । धन्यवाद ‌श्रीमान ।

The best thing, I have liked that it's fully compact, well designed and high-end finishing! There are many circuits available in market, but What makes this different from local circuits is it's designing, specially in the part of thermally coupled driver Transistor! and proper biasing. Really local manufacturers don't consider this often, which need to be considered! Besides, the pcb quality is really fantastic as expected from jlc pcb. The output sound quality is very sweet, soothing and crisp. Every ends of tune are responsing clearly. This makes your circuit different from others! Best wishes for upcoming designs! ♥️

आपके समझनेके तरीकेसे आपका ज्ञानभी अच्छा है ये समझ आता है | मै 8 इंच 80 watt स्पीकर design कर रहा हूँ | जिसका frequency रेंज 50-55 Hz से शुरू होगा | और उसमे demodulation रिंग है | जोकि high end स्पीकर मै यूज़ होते है | उसके साथ ये amplifier board में इस्तिमाल करके देखना चाहूँगा |

Haven't seen a video with such crystal clear technical (and accurate) discription. Very few amp modules are available with carefully designed audio path and consideration for noise and distortion. Very professionally presented!!!

VASP electronics provide those type of boards with low price range 200 watt hifi mono is well built board ... Few changes in components it will definitely entry level audiophile

Consideration & Problems. Consideration- 1. Stability components are good enough. 2. DC offset voltage is excellent by the help of differential amplifier pair matching. 3. Bias stability is well balanced for the thermal tracking of the bias transistor. Problems- 1. Collector out is difficult in desghine .if any problem happens transistor will be damaged. 2. Frequency response is little bit short I had thinked it will cover 10Hz to 100khz. 3. Need more balanced constant current for VAS stage for stability.. thank you. Overall its lot better desghine than market one . All the best.

Sir hamne 7294ka use kiya hai jiska frequency response 20-20000hz tha .par is board ka frequency 15-30000hz hai to ye quality ke hisab se 7294 se bahut achha hai.dhanyabad is type ke amplifier board banane ke liye.sunkar bahut hi shandar laga sound quality

I once tried to design using darlington pair but probably I made mistake of doing it on General purpose board and it ended up with lot of noise issue. Now I understand how important it is to have right PCB design specially for quiscent amplifier. Best part of this design is adjustable bias provision. 👍

Somebody gifted me this PCB last month. As I started to build it I realized its a copy of Rod Eliots P3A. At least give him credit for donating this design to the DIY community. VASP is also selling a copy of this. Plan is to build all 3 types and compare. Noise and output.

You will get better performance and quality if you use a LED like Rod did in his original design.

I am a senior citizen and a hobbyist, and I've recently been looking for a Class AB 100-watt power amplifier. I came across your design, and I must say it’s just too good! I intend to assemble it for home use only. However, I think it would be challenging with adjusting the power transistor voltage using the 2k trimmer. Additionally, I’ve had difficulty finding the PCB designed by you in the market at Lamington Road, Mumbai. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you might have for a suitable preamp that includes a magnetic phono cartridge input with RIAA equalization, ideally one that you have (preamp) designed with bass, treble, mid and volume to complete your 100 watts Class AB amplifier setup project.

Till now I have seen a lot of circuit diagrams on KZbin and made it, in some I have succeeded and in some I have failed, in others I have not liked quality. Tried a lot and spent money like water. But not now I know about amplifier and now I will never waste my money without full proof. With the help of Sudhir Sir, I have developed a great interest in the field of audio. I have been waiting for this amplifier for many days and today that day dawned. Finally I look at the quality of this board And fully Impressed and I really liked this board.

nice audio sir aapne negative volt par DC OFFSET volt adjuster lagaya hai kya hoga agar ise positive volt par DC OFFSET adjuster lagaya jai kya sound me kya changes ho sakta hai

Is taraha ki designing maine abhi tak nhi dekhi khas taur pe transistors ki thermal coupling karna bahut hi shandar idea hai gain ko auto adjust karne k liye. Best design pcb hai sai apka.

One more thing is that the pcb is very compact with perfectly placed components . No one explain why is necessary to match the input transistors and why they should keep as close as possible . You have great talent to explain the matter perfectly . Best wishes for you brother ...

Last one year I was planning to make a stereo amplifier for myself, and for that I have almost browse every indian youtube channel. And, I was confused what to do until I subscribed your channel. Sir mujhe 19v chahiye jo ki boost converter se milega toh input me 3.7v ki 3 battery ko parallel me laga k du toh battery ka AH bad jaega ya main 3 battery ko series me laga k boost converter ko dun?? Jyada sahi kya rahega???

I have class d 2× tda7498 200w build with woofer and tweeter using passive crossover for my pc. Baas is so amazing but the treble is slightly low thats why i like to use your handmade class AB amplifier for tweeters on active crossover as everyone know the treble of classAB amplifier is nice, but as you tell us even in idle situation, amp will draw current .Not every time i am listening to music when using computer. Is that any way to stop amplifier to draw current except turning for it. And you should upload video of amplifier after 1 month of use because if i not get it, I will DIY with the help of your videos.

Thank you sir for sharing the technical knowledge. Sound quality of your PCB is awesome. I'm always use the blank PCB of VASP Electronic of BJT amplifier. Because I have never satisfied with the ready-made PCB of the market. They always mount the heavy driver transistor more than needs to showing the brightness of the PCB. I'm always use BD139 & BD140 of CDIL and keep the bias voltage at 0.700 DC by adjusting the 2k p-set of the circuit. But I never checked the D.C offset voltage of the speaker line. After watching your video I have measured the DC offset voltage of my Circuit. It shows aprox 85 m. Volt. There are no way to reduce or adjust the DC offset voltage on the PCB of VASP Electronic. Yess 👍 Especially i like this board 200 watt hifi mono ..... Vary well build ..... Vary good combination of power and vas transistors .... Pre assembled me kuch components low quality hai ...... But itna hi problem hai BD 140 / 139 is good getting up to 120 watt power from board .....

Thank you so much for explaining and showing coupling and biasing Technics in simple terms. I am using complete PCB for 5200 & 1943 complementary pairs from local manufacturers but too much of power and ambient noises creeping in the Audio path, which I am sure is due to badly designed pcb, also oscillation s in the outputs due bad coupling and bias filtering adjustments. Your video explains all those in clear and simple terms and your project seems to be very well designed and having crystal sound quality wich most of us audio and electronic enthusiasts are searching for. Sir ye amplifier board 8ohm ke load pe ±42v dc pe 100watt ki power deta hain . To 4ohm ke load ke liye kitna volt⚡ ki suplay deni padegi ?

Circuit diagram looks good, aapne board size ko bhi achchhe se adjust kiya hain, what about efficiency. Soft music ke liye isme SMPS power supply lagaye ya transformer use kare ?

Sir i have one question Amplifier board mai shield wire use karne se noise reduce hota hai Isiliye maine market mai bohot search kiya par kahi pe bhi shield wire nahi mila. Kaha se milega kuch bata sakte hai app please 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Over all a very good board and designing.

Class AB amplifier 2sc5200 ,2sc1943 give very clear audio and efficient than class A amplifier class AB have efficiency of 70 to 80% and it professional or home audio and your pcb design is very good ❤️

I actually thought that tda 7294 is best in class and had built a dual mono amplifier and altered some things in my tower speakers which had tda 2050 dual ic board....I had made it tda 7294 dual ic by doing some alteration and ordering a pair of board...but now after looking at this video TTC5200 TTA1943 amplifier is just next level....but i guess I may have some difficulties in having that high power supply....but I am interested in doing such a project in future....thanks for all the information sir....love from coastal Karnataka ❤️❤️❤️...

Sir I have one question The speakers you buyed from the doogesound the bass from the speaker is a bit less means the bass doesn't hit hard like how other speakers hit I can only feel the vibration because I also buyed the speaker from them and made a portable Bluetooth speaker and I design it with the software you showed in the video please reply😞

Sir mere papa ke pass itne paise nhi hai ki sir mai ek class ab amplifier buy karu mujhe knowledge to bhut hai ye sabhi knowledge mujhe apse hi mila hai lekin agar kash mere pass bhi aisa amplifier hota to shyad mai bhi ek 100 watt ka hifi amplifier bana sakta aur aise do board use karke usme koi achaa hifi preamp use karke mai stereo amplifier banata lekin mere pass utne paise nhi hai ki mai buy kar sakta is board ko😔😔 mujhe apki video dekh ke mujhe bhut knowledge mil paya hai audio systems me

Sir apka ye pcb 100 watt @8ohm me hai kya yah 2ohm par stable hai. 5200 /1943 ke jagah koi aur transistor laga sakte hai jisse power incease ho jaye. Baki apki pcb desine bahut axa hai apka. Lekin ese smps power supply me banaiye. Sir.
