Fact 20, the cosmic ray glitch, is not actually true. There's no evidence for it, it's probably a hard ware issue and it all comes from TheGamer misciting a youtube comment that was simply *speculating* if it could be cosmic rays. TheGamer just took that and claimed it to be a fact instead of a whacky theory.
