It's early sera doesn't have alot of healing/shielding also so she won't hit her double e most likely and then aph kites and they escape or since xin came they would've lost the fight due to counter gank and adc is toasted early hes prolly out for the rest of it

At that point just play an ADC, Rengar isn't meant to stay on someone for longer than 2 seconds mid game and after, you're too fragile to take hits like ADCs but you're melee instead of ranged, and no tools to escape that most ADCs have. That build is purely for sustained damage, which if you want to do a sustained damage build on Rengar, you need to build bruiser, did I mention Rengar being made of paper and being as immobile as a rock with legs? Yeah.
