The stuffed monkey's name is Scoops and the ice cream guy's name is Foxwell Cripp. Cripp may be kind of a strange man, and a little agressive as well, but he's only trying to 'help' Freddy. At first, he didn't know his actions would have consequences for Freddy and didn't realise that werewolves weren't as evil as he thought they would be.
