Can't remember when doing a workout was this much fun! I mean YES this was very intense and hard one, but the attitude this guy haves, gave me strength to complete the workout. It also made me laugh every time he made those "high screams". I had no boring moments at all, no man. I enjoyed every single second! THANKS, MAN.

this is such a great work out!! for those wondering, i burned 890 calories by the end of the stretch. i'm 5'6", 135 lbs. for all the weights i used a pair of 8 lbs. i also didn't do every exact move (i did everything the way he did it except half of the push-ups i did on my knees, and sometimes i took a break outside of the ones he gave but only for about 30 secs at a time), but it was still effective! this is my first video of yours and it was amazing! you didn't lie about the calories like most exercising videos. this workout was also very athletic unlike most, and i really appreciate it. THANK YOU!!

I felt like stopping at 30 mins, but I somehow continued, and now I am at 48mins, feels like to stop, but will not stop until I complete this, ill update once I'm done working out. I'm at 1:04:04 now, still continuing… AAANDD BOOOOM !!! I'VE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE WORKOUT.

Finally I just did this workout. I mentally prepared for this and saved it for a special day and it was not less than I expected. Now I want to eat lots of bread, a Gatorade and take a nap... but I actually have a dentist appointment and then go to work 😅. Loved the whole thing Coach Hoy! I’m coming back for more!! Even when it hurts and it’s hard, I don’t want to quit!

I loved this... although I definitely crawled my way to that fist bump. It was a great challenge and this workout is going to be one that I come back to in the future to see how much my fitness progresses over time. One day I'll make it through without any modifications!

i manage to do it, it's hard but doable (i do the one 60 minutes full body HIIT circuit workout while fasting couple weeks ago [no eats/ no drinks] , i almost died , my vision go black.)

Amazing workout! For the first time ever in one workout session (and I’ve been training for years!!!!), I actually ended up burning 1300 calories because I didn’t have weights so I modified some stuff in order to maximize my movement as much as possible! Please do another one!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I've been doing Millionaire Hoy's workouts regularly on KZbin and HoyPro since 2016, but never done a 90 minute workout before, so I was cowering in fear all morning in anticipation of this one. Glad I made it through - with a few failures and modifications of course. Caught second wind at around the 2/3rds mark but it was a mental roller coaster for that first part. Was ready to quit with an hour still to go but kept on pushing! Gonna stick to light Pilates for the next two days now LOL.

I just came across your workouts this past weekend and have tried 2 so far now. On Saturday I tried the 100 moves in 100 minutes and only made it to move 50 and today I tried this one. I only did half as I was doing it on my lunch break from work but I wish I had time to complete it. Although not sure I would have made it through....holy intense 🔥. And I thought I was fit...this definitely put my cardio through the test!!!

I LOVED this! I am kinda small [5'2", 100 pounds-- I'm not weird about exercise or anything, it's just good for my mental health and am in my 40s, so my metabolism isn't what it used to be!] so I don't normally burn as many calories as videos say I will, but I got close [650, according to my Fitbit]. I did replace a few things [today was shoulders and legs for resistance training, so I modified a bit for that, replacing some of the resistance stuff with shoulders/leg stuff and some with more cardio]. I really enjoyed this video workout and will definitely be looking at more of your videos! I actually really like that you don't have music, so I can play my own [not to brag, but my Rock Cardio playlist is legit the best] and still hear you and your encouragement! Thanks, for this! :)
